I ordered a gift card. Where is it?

Once we process your order, we'll send your electronic gift card to your email address. Your purchased cards are available on the My Cards on the Dlyted website and in your Dlyted Mobile App. Most orders will be delivered within a few minutes, but sometimes may take up to 24 hours. Large bulk orders may take up to 48 hours to process; if you'd like to place an order over $2,000 and timing is an issue, you can contact us for assistance.

If you sent a gift it will be delivered to the gift receivers email.

Why was my order rejected?

For the protection of all of our customers, we use a third-party verification system to review all order information for accuracy. Orders can be declined for a variety of reasons. Ensure your transaction will be completed by making sure the billing address and credit card number you provide match your credit card statement. Also, we suggest using your own computer or the Dlyted App to make a purchase.

How do I redeem my gift cards in a store?

Use the Dlyted app to show your gift card's barcode at the register, or provide the gift card number and PIN code to the cashier. Some stores recommend you print your gift card and give it to the cashier for faster checkout.

I'm a business and I would like to use Dlyted for rewards. Can I buy cards in bulk to reward to my employees?

Yes you can, and we'd love to help you out! Please use the Contact Us form to tell us, and we'll get in touch to set you up.

It's so easy to use gift cards for my everyday purchases. Why haven't I been doing this all along?

Beats us! We're happy you discovered Dlyted and that we could help you shop, earn and give!

Buying Gift Cards

Why doesn't the gift card I want come in a $_ _ denomination?

Different Brand gift cards are offered in certain amounts, but if you need a custom denomination we may be able to help. Contact us and let us know what gift card brand and denomination you're looking for.

I have a favorite store I buy from all the time and would buy gift cards from Dlyted to spend there, if you sold them! Can I recommend a store you should carry?

Sure! We're always interested in new opportunities. Contact us and let us know what store/brand you'd like to see offered on Dlyted.

I bought a gift card and used it. How can I delete it from my 'My Cards' page?

Sign into your account and go to your My Cards page, then click the card you'd like to remove to view it. Select the 'Remove' option and confirm you'd like to archive the card. Voila! Your archived card is not deleted permanently, but it will no longer show up in your active purchased gift cards list.

You can view previously archived gift cards in your My Cards page at any time in the Archived Cards section below your active gift cards.

Giving to Causes

Can I change the cause that I automatically donate to?

Yes! You can change the Cause to which you automatically donate anytime your account.

Can I give to a cause without committing all my earned cash to a cause?

Yes! If you don't have a cause selected, you can make a donation to any cause by searching on our Cause Search and manually making a Dlyted donation.

Are my donations tax deductible?

Our accountant says no - but we're not tax experts. Please consult your tax advisor on all tax related matters.

The main reason why the answer is NO: You have no cost in the donation. Remember, by using DLYTED you are Giving @ No Cost.

I know a great cause that should be on Dlyted. Can I recommend them to you?

Absolutely! Please send us your suggestion in the Contact Us form.

I work with a nonprofit cause and would love to partner with Dlyted to help our fundraising efforts. Where do I start?

My Account

Why do I need to create an account?

Creating an account will ensure your information is safe, make your purchases faster, and ensures that you can access all of your past gift card purchases. If you like, you'll receive special offers. We don't sell your information to anyone for any reason, and you can cancel your account at any time.

That's an easy one. Enter your email address here and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from Dlyted emails?

If you don't have a Dlyted account but still want to hear from us, sign up here. If you do have a Dlyted account, you can change your notification preferences in your account.

How do I cancel my account?

We'll be sorry to see you go. Before you decide, please keep in mind that all your personal information including any Dlyted cash earned, rewarded, or purchased will be permanently deleted from our system once your account is cancelled.

To cancel your account, you'll need to sign in and go to My Account and under "My Profile" click to edit your account. At the bottom of the Edit page select the "Delete Account" link. Read the instructions and confirm your account deletion.

Dlyted Apps for iOS and Android

I'm having an issue with the Dlyted app.

Orders and Shipping

How do I enter a promo code?

You'll have the option to type in your promo code in your shopping cart or during checkout. You'll see how your code is applied to your shopping cart along with your order total.

What's the status of my order?

When you placed your order, we sent a confirmation email to notify you that we're processing your order. Once processing is complete, we'll send your electronic gift cards to your recipient. Still have questions? Check your order status in your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been processed you cannot modify or cancel your order because the gift card codes have already been generated.
