Eat Breathe Thrive is a not-for-profit organization that helps individuals to recover from disordered eating and negative body image, and also works to prevent such behaviors through education and training.

Eat Breathe Thrive programs create small, community-based networks of support for individuals struggling with food and body image challenges on all ends of the spectrum. The programs teach individuals critical skills for long-term well-being, including yoga and mindfulness-based exercises for emotional regulation; meditations to access, monitor, and trust the body's hunger and fullness signals; and psycho-educational information to prevent relapse. Eat Breathe Thrive also offers eating disorder prevention programs on college campuses that provide students with a variety of mind-body tools for cultivating a healthy relationship with food, body, and self.
